Marketing communication/public relations specialist continually developing my writing, communication and design skills to become a more talented professional. My primary career-related interests include new media management, media relations, and feature writing. My personal interests include music and sports. I am currently working towards my master’s in Integrated Marketing Communication at West Virginia University. I’m always eager to learn more about the marketing communication industry and love meeting and learning from other enthusiastic individuals in the field.
It’s hard to find extra time to blog; so when I do manage to escape for a while, I tend to write about what I enjoy most: new media and music. I like to read about and test out new sites and software that pertain to the marketing industry. I sometimes prepare posts on my thoughts or reflections on what I’ve learned. I also enjoy listening and then discussing all sorts of musical genres and then try to pass on my suggestions to family, friends and followers. Check out some of my unique playlists!
